Candidate Database

We also offer a candidate database as an extra option for an additional £50 per month. This allows you to hold top line candidate information online, and gives you the flexibility to choose who has access and how.

	Candidates Registration. Candidates can register on-line and enter and update their details.
	Client Search. Clients can search the database for candidates and either contact them direct, or contact you for further information (dependant upon configuration).
	Admin. Functions. Your staff can search, add, delete and edit details for candidates and clients. Please email sales@technospider.net for further details.

Comprehensive Recruitment Management System

This is a management system which integrates completely with the recruitment agency's website.

It consists fundamentally of three databases, namely client, candidate and vacancy databases, that are closely integrated. The databases can also be accessed via the website, at different levels for a variety of users (eg. recruitment consultants, potential candidates, clients) through the use of passwords for certain functions.

The system allows consultants to fully manage the recruitment process from any browser, improving communication with clients and candidates alike, whilst allowing jobs to be published immediately to the website and the full benefits of internet communication to be realised.

The management system is fully supported by telephone technical support, future software upgrades, server maintenance, backups etc.
