Candidate & Client Communication
The Technospider package includes the following features:
- Candidate Registration Form.
Capture key details from candidates wishing to register on a
standard form.
- CV Builder. An easy to
use form that allows your users to build a CV online &
submit it.
- Tell A Friend. Site
visitors can enter an e-mail address and tell a friend about
your site.
- Recommend a Candidate.
Encourage visitors to suggest a new contact (possibly with
an incentive to do so).
- Client 'E-Mail' A Vacancy.
Clients can send you their vacancies by filling in a form
and/or by sending an attachment in their own format.
- Web Feedback Form. What
do visitors think? Allows visitors to register their
comments online.
- Contact Us Form. Allow
visitors to e-mail you on-line by simply filling in a from.
Works with the office list in "Map and Directions"
to send response to their chosen office.
- Subscription Newsletter.
Give site visitors the option to subscribe to one or more
e-mail newsletters (eg. weekly, monthly, by geographical
area or by specialism). You can then easily send your
e-newsletters to your subscription list by simply filling in
an online form.
These run on software that enable you to change the content in
a manner similar to the job-board.
- Articles Section. Publish
articles of interest for your website visitors, such as how
to write a CV or what to wear to an interview. Such
"sticky content" keeps candidates interested in
your site.
- FAQs. "Frequently
Asked Questions" pages are a popular way of providing
information about you and your service in a user friendly
manner. You can add and edit questions and their answers
without technical skills.
- Glossary. Demonstrate
your niche credentials with a glossary section full of
industry specific words. Easy to add and delete entries.
- Links. Provide links to
other sites of interest such as industry associations. You
can also use this page to "Trade" links as part of
your on-line marketing. "You show mine and I'll show
yours."
- Press Releases. Upload
images and text, and then specify a release date. If you're
a company that actively uses PR to promote your service then
this is for you.
- Previous Clients'
Testimonials. Pages that you can easily update with
testimonials and pictures (eg. logos, photos) of previous
clients & candidates.
- Map and Directions.
Upload a map, and add/edit directions to your office so
interviewees and clients can find you easily. Has a
multi-site capability.
- Calendar of Events.
Useful for organisations offering training courses, or
simply providing information of key industry events such as
trade shows. Events can be viewed by date, and standard
events added and viewed as a list.
- Banner Advertising. An
optional facility that you may use for clients' advertising.
- Document Database. Upload
"PDF", Word and PowerPoint documents to the
server, and give abstracts for your visitors to search.
Visitors can then download documents of interest. Great for
sites offering technical information as downloadable
documents.
